SCRANTON. A paean to golf, this local establishment is both restaurant and tavern. Its interior sports a wealth of golf accoutrements and photos, and the menu riffs on terminology. Burgers even go by the name "Tiger Woods," "Annika Sorenstam," and "Vijay Singh." Other options include sandwiches, seafood, steaks, chicken, pastas, and vegetarian fare.
